TRUSTEES

Your Trustees have had an active year. The Committee members have worked diligently to maintain the integrity and enhance the beauty of your Walker Church buildings. There also are many people who are not members of the Trustee Committee that contributed a great deal. We thank each of you for your generous support of time and money. Some of the completed items in 2010 are as follows:

-A security system was donated and installed in the storage building

-Two new fire extinguishers were purchased for the kitchen

-A monitored security system was installed in the Parsonage

-Kick plates were installed on the outside doors

-The parsonage septic has been pumped and an additional 300' of new field lines

were added

-An additional handicapped parking space has been added -All church building

windows have been reglazed and painted and some panes were replaced

-The thermostat was moved from the Conference room into the secretary's office

-Cement has been added to the steps going into the office/classroom building

-A new kitchen faucet and light fixture were installed at the parsonage

-Light bulb replacement and water filter maintenance is on-going as needed

-Landscaping maintenance not performed by our landscaping service including having

dead limbs removed at the church and parsonage, maintenance of our church sign on

-Hwy. #44 and shrubbery trimming have been completed
