The Membership Care Committee is here for you, our Walker Church family. Our mission is to help you in any way we can with food, visits, calls, or cards. You may even get tired of us!  If you need a ride to the doctor or to the grocery store, or just someone to sit quietly with you,   we will be there for you.  We might not always know of a need, so we ask you to call the church office to let us know of someone who is sick or needing our help.

The Membership Care Committee strives to be aware of the needs of our church members and others in the community. Our homebound members are remembered by home visits, phone calls, and cards. They are given a cake on their birthday, a fruit basket at Thanksgiving, and a small gift at Christmas.

Committee members provide many services to those in need, such as transportation to church, to the doctor, and to the grocery store. We visit those in the hospital and take meals to the sick. We make every effort to lend a helping hand.
