EVANGELISM COMMITTEE

Our goal as chairpersons for the Evangelism Committee is to follow up within 48 hours after we have visitors for our Sunday service or for our Wednesday night suppers.

A member of the committee sends a card letting the visitor know we are glad they came. Chairpersons go for a short visit at the home. We will take a coffee mug with "Walker United Methodist Church" written on it, also a pamphlet with the history of Walker Church, and we invite them to our Wednesday night suppers and programs.

PRAYER CHAIN

If you find yourself, a family member or a friend in need of special prayers, please call one of the members of our prayer chain ministry. They in turn will call others who will start immediate prayers. You may furnish as many or as few details as you wish, and your privacy will be honored.
